Facility Use Policy

Team Ream Sports Performance is open for use by individuals, families, and organized teams on an hourly or contract basis. Use of the facility by coaches and organizations on a for-profit or commercial use basis for private lessons, coaching, camps and clinics not organized by Team Ream Sports Performance is prohibited without prior arrangement. Team Ream Sports Performance reserves the right to refuse or cancel any facility use at its discretion.

Field & Cage Rentals Cancellation Policy

Because we are a training facility, no-shows and late cancellations significantly impact our business. Therefore, no refunds will be given for an unattended reservation or for the cancellation of a reservation within twenty-four hours of the start of the reservation. Outside of the twenty-four hour timeframe, the reservation can be rescheduled for a later date. For refunds,

Release and Waivers

​

If you are a parent or guardian of a child who will be participating in activities related to our services or facility, you must sign a MINOR’S RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT form.
